WHAT ARE THE STAGES AND THEIR PHASES IN THE SIRT DIET?
PHASE 1, Stage 1 & 2
- Sirt Diet Phase 1 stage 1
The first stage lasts three days, during which you consume 1000 kcal per day and drink three sirtuin shakes. In addition, you can allow yourself one solid meal. A solid meal should be eaten no later than 7 pm. We don't cheat with cocktails on the sirt diet!
- Phase 1 stage 2
For the next three days, we consume 1500 kcal and drink two green juices. On days 4-7, we have two solid meals. Already at this stage, you can expect a weight loss of up to 3 kilograms.
PHASE 2, Stage 1 & 2
- Sirt diet Phase 2 stage 1
This stage lasts 14 days, and each day consists of 3 solid meals and one sirtuin shake. You can also prepare yourself two sirtuin snacks. There are no specific calorie requirement guidelines here. You can easily calculate them with the help of calculators on the internet. Do not take in an insufficient amount of calories, as this can result in a yo-yo effect.
- Phase 2 stage 2
The long-awaited last stage of the sirtfood diet brings great freedom. The amount of shakes we drink and meals we eat is entirely up to us. In this stage, we can persevere as long as we feel like it. The average length of time on the Sritfood diet is 12 weeks, but it can be anywhere from 5-20 weeks. You can stay on the diet for as long as you want and it will still have positive effects on your health. Whatever you decide, just do not forget to drink at least one sirtuin coctail per day.
Sirtuins - in which products can they be found?
Luckily, you can find all the products you need to make smoothies at your nearby vegetable or grocery shop. Look around for kale, celery, parsley, arugula, lovage and red onion. Fruits you should be interested in are blueberries, berries and strawberries. Use olive oil, and sometimes you should have a glass of red wine. However, do not exaggerate with the size and quantity of these glasses ;).
How to prepare a sirtuin cocktail?
A sirtuin smoothie should be on your menu during your diet and every day regardless of your diet. Here is a sample smoothie: – 85 grams of kale, 15 grams of the rocket, a pinch of parsley, 160 grams of celery, a tiny cube of fresh ginger, green apple, lemon juice to your taste.
